Refund and Cancellation Policies

Full refund issued if requested up to 7 days prior to class date.

Less than 7 days prior or class no-show, no refund issued.

If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer or gift your spot to another student, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing knitandgather@gmail.com.

If a class is canceled by Knit & Gather, a full refund will be issued to all registrants.

Digital File Refund Policy

Digital patterns are non-refundable. If you are experiencing a problem with a pattern please reach out to knitandgather@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you.

If you are having a problem downloading your digital file, please email us and we will make sure you have access to the files.
