November 16: Colorwork Mitten Workshop
In this class, students will learn how to use two colors of yarn to make a traditional Norwegian-style mitten in an original Knit & Gather pattern. This tradition pulls from our personal heritage and students will take away tips and tricks we have learned about stranded knitting over the years. At Avon Hills Folk School in Avon, MN.
Saturday, 9 am - 3 pm.
December 2, 9, 16: Nordic Colorwork Hat
Join Kate to learn how to work with two colors of yarn to make this patterned hat. Intermediate level, no colorwork experience necessary. This is a virtual online class through Vesterheim Folk Art School and materials are provided.
