Join Kate and Laila to gain the skills needed in a top down, in the round sweater pattern. This is a great class for confident knitters ready to knit their first or second sweater. Choose a pattern from our list and plan on bringing your own yarn and needles to work with. This is an in-person class at The Toolbox Collective in Minneapolis.

April 25: Colorwork Workshop
Join Kate and Laila for this skills class and learn to knit with two colors! Students will work on a 'speed swatch' and learn how to follow a chart. Students should know how to knit and purl! May 9 & 10: Shepherd's Harvest Festival
Save the date! We will be vending for the second time at the Shepherd's Harvest Sheep and Wool Festival up in Lake Elmo, MN. Two days of all kinds of fiber fun and an amazing marketplace of yarn dyers, makers, and more!
August 6 - 13: Singla Strand Norwegian Knitting Retreat
Singla Strand (beach in Norwegian) is a creative retreat for fiber enthusiasts, looking for a rare opportunity to visit a unique destination where wool is a way of life. Days will be filled with time for personal projects, group meals, walks on the beach and inland, bonfires, and dips in the sea and sauna. There will also be guided creative sessions in natural dying, felting, and more with all materials provided either outside or in the barn studio.
This retreat is hosted by Starlight and Storm at their 'Singla' property on Arnøya in Northern Norway. There is very limited space (6 attendees), but we are hoping to host this again possibly in 2027!

November 7: Fall Fiber Festival
We will be vending at this fun one day festival at the Eisenhower Event Center in Hopkins, MN! Come and say hi and of course shop all things yarn and wool.

Corporate Craft Class Session - Looking for an entry-level craft for team building? We can guide up to 25 students and provide materials for you. Reach out for a proposal for your team.

2 Hour - $225 plus materials

Interested in private knitting lessons in Minneapolis? We offer 1-2 hour sessions at a variety of levels, from beginners to specific skills. $60 per hour. Reach out to schedule using our contact form or book on our calendar below.
